Clifton Chang
Finance and Administration
Clifton has extensive experience in building risk and finance infrastructure for both large corporations and smaller organizations. After completing his B.A. in International Relations at the University of Pennsylvania and M.B.A. at Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management in Chicago, he began his career on Wall Street managing bond and derivatives positions as a market-maker and proprietary trader for major investment banks. He later established risk management infrastructure for a US regional bank and served as the Chief Operating Officer for a start-up hedge fund, responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, and investor relations. More recently, Clifton has provided risk consulting services for small banks and financial technology companies. He currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area in California.
